My money is on a failed follower/lifter.

You just redid the guides/tensioners right?

I could be wrong and it might be a bad ring or something.

Pop the valve covers and check the valvetrain...

can't watch the video at work, but, when you rev it, is it a knock, or a tap tap tap? if it's just a tap noise, it's gonna be a follower that blew a bearing. Of it's an actual knock, do not restart the motor as you got internal damage.

If it was PTV, your engine wouldn't be running right now :p.

Not exactly.

if it were PTV issues it wouldn't want to run since it'd bend the valve. It's idle rough as hell at best.

not precisly, ive seen engines that timing has to be so exact or you will barely slap a valve, and that they just get slightly bent, and you can get away with not replacing them...

i ant realy explain it... ive heard these engines knock before, and it is much louder then the noise its actualy making.

what do you mean by follower? as in lash adjuster, or lifter? because right now, i think that may be it...

Follower = the same thing as what's known as a rocker on a pushrod motor.

As for the video I watched and the sound quality is no good so I couldn't really give you an answer as to what the issue is.

But it idles good, if you had PTV clearance issues, it would be A LOT more pronounced than it is. The valve would be bent regardless, causing seating issues, no matter what rpm the engine was at.
