I'm wondering, I installed my gt40p with 1.6 scorpion roller rocker. I bought new OEM pushrod and I want to know if they're too short for that setup.

only way to know for sure is to measure. if the valvetrain is noisy their not right. it took me a couple trys and the shims they sell to get mine
right. but now it super quite no tapping

Are you running stock valve springs? If you're running stiffer springs it's not a bad idea to get hardened pushrods anyways. You do have to measure though to know what the correct size is, sometimes stock length works and most times it probably doesn't.

how can I measure if they're short? How can I get the right size because they're noisy.

there is a pushrod you can buy that is a length checking pushrod, pretty much a pushrod cut in the middle and it screws together. you can use that to check length of it. or you can just check with shims

yeah you use the adjustable pushrod and mark the top of the valve with a sharpie, then you bolt it all up and turn the engine over and check the path the rocker makes on the tip of the valve. You want the mark to be right in the middle. Also you should check it with a solid lifter because your hydraulic lifter is not going to be full of oil when you turn it over by hand.
