Question about programming a key fob

I bought a 1995 Cobra and it did not come with a key fob. I bought one off of eBay, does any one know how to program it?

In the trunk, pull the driver's side lining and you'll find a 2-pin male connector sitting there open. Turn the ignition to 'on', then short those two pins. The doors will cycle locked/unlocked. Hold the 'lock' button on the remote until the doors cycle locked/unlocked again. Turn the ignition to off, the doors will cycle one last time. Finally, test the remote.

The way to do it is, you need either a wide flat head screwdriver or a paper clip, you need to peel aside the interior panel of the trunk on the driver side. there behind the panel, there will be a black box. that black box you should see an "opening" where there are 2 metal prongs. touch those two prongs together with the screwdriver or paper clip. u will hear the locks cycle. when this happens push a button on the remote most likely the lock button. u will hear the locks cycle again. once that happens take you tool off the metal prongs, and u will hear the locks cycle again. once that happens you remote is sync'd and you are all done
