basicly shoes that dont have rubber (or rubberlike product) soles, like high heals, and stuff like that.. your a dude, so you most likely wont have a problem... unless you cross dresser... or dutch. lol. its realy rare that your shoes will not let you ground yourself... but it has happened.
this has never happened to me, so... i cant say from personal experience... but it happened in a city about 30 miles away from me (san antonio) and was blasted all over the news, thats why i know you shouldnt do it, I will agree that taking pics of your car at the pump is kinda cool, ive done it before, I just know that you shouldnt do it.
