Quick question about smog pump deletion.

My car has cross tube and had cats removed. Smog pump is sounding awful. I'm going to use a shorter belt to eliminate the pump. Will it cause the cel to come on?

Thats how mine has been for 5 months or so. No issue at all. I'll remove the pump one day.

Okay! I wasn't sure when I stopped at Pepboys and brought a 89.5 and 90.5 belt. Which one should be the correct one?
