the tube on the back of heads come off with the by pass hose and tubes on passanger side
there will be 2 bolts you will need to plug heads

I am not sure what the belt length would be with the stock crank pulley, but with my smaller size crank pulley, the belt length I used with a stock accessory drive without the smog pump, was 2226mm in length, although it was a bit on the longer side if I remember correctly. With a stock crank pulley, it would be a little longer. If I were you, drive your car to a parts store, go inside and pick up a couple belts, and try them on in the parking lot, excluding the smog pump. Once you find the right size, buy it, go home and yank the smog pump out.

The air pump lines to the heads are a 5/8-11 thread, but you can also get the threaded plugs to put in shown here: https://www.uprproducts.com/79-95-mustang-sbf-thermactor-plug-5-0l-5-8l-small-block-ford/ Using that you'll have a mounting threaded hole for a 7/16-10 pitch. I'd remove all the items if you don't plan on running the pump.
