Here's a pic of the steering wheel. For being half the price of a MOMO, it seems to get the job done all the same.

Got really intimate with my car today and I noticed my hub also sits out much farther than it should. Looks like I need to swap it out because there aren’t many threads making contact with the steering shaft.

Glad you posted your results and parts numbers for the rest of us. Thanks!

Ya, what's interesting is the box has the correct description (90-04 Mustang), but both their website AND their catalog does not have this part listed correctly. I'm sure everyone has the wrong hub. Like I said, I tried to make it work, and it just ended up looking like dog sh*t. It didn't fit right, stuck out too far, didn't engage enough threads, and the wiring was completely wrong. So ya, you probably have the wrong hub, along with everyone else. The worse part is that even big distributors like Amazon have the wrong part listed. You'd think a company like NRG who actually makes quality parts would have their part numbers sorted out. Like I said, this hub fits PERFECT! It's clearly the right hub that they designed for this car, but they dropped the ball and have the wrong part number listed everywhere...

By the way, if anybody is looking for a mint steering wheel in charcoal grey with an unfired airbag, let me know. I was thinking about keeping it, but it's just gonna sit on the shelf in the garage and take up space.

This setup is sweet! I recommend it to anyone wanting to get a QD steering setup! Just make sure you read my previous post about correct hub adapter!!

Damn! Finally received the parts to do the swap and it's the 174h short hub. Emailed the supplier so will see what happens. The problem is we are in Canada and it takes forever to get parts.

So will the 174h fit if we don't need a horn or CC?

Yes, it will fit, but for a New Edge you'll have to pull the clock spring apart. The hub will work, but just isn't the correct hub and has a lot of space between the hub itself and the steering column.

Decided to use what we have. Don't need the horn or cruise control. The folks at RaceReady Motorsport says he still uses this one even though the other is available. Looks ok.

It fits over the clock spring properly. The one they advertise on their website is the wrong hub. It will fit, but not properly.
