Really Need Some Help Here Transmission Is Trashed!!

so the other day getting on the interstate noticed a knocking sound start coming from around my transmission..so i drove back home..its been doing it now for the past 2 days i haven't drove the car much at all. Not sure if its something as simple as the TOB, or what it could be..i also made a video of it i'm uploading now.

Definitely sounds like something is loose or thrashed. I think the only way to tell is to drop the tranny. It needs to be inspected right away, the more you drive it the worse it might get, causing even more damage. So get it checked out!
