Rear Brake sqealing.......

I have my passenger rear brake squeals when im going at a slow speed around 1-20 mph but the minute I touch the pedal it goes away. The minute I let off it comes back but its not solid squeal, it comes and goes but has progressively gotten worse as time goes on in the past few days.

Just wondering if anyone can enlighten me on possible problems. Im going to tear into it tomorrow morning and see if I can get some visual aspects on it and get some pics up if I can not figure out whats going on.

Found the problem, the clip on the pass. rear brake pad (inner one) is coming out and scraping the rotor after the brake is applied but once I start going it goes away.

The pads are due to be changed so I'm just going to do a rear brake job on the whole thing.
