Removing Door Bump Strips

Hi all,

How hard is it to remove the door bump strips?

Mine are peeling off slowly and I am pretty sure my old one (jap import) didn't have them.





Is it just peel them off then heat the residue with a hair dryer and peel that?

Correct. Heating them and peeling them & the residue off afterwards is the right method.

There is also a little eraser thingy you can put in your drill that makes it easy but it is one of those things you will not be using very often

Yeah, just some heat and they'll peel right off. Clean the residue after and you're good to go.
