removing iso's

One of my rear lower isolators has split.

i want to take both lower iso's out, but dont know how to decompress spring.

any tips would be great im working on it right now so please help! should i just rip them out or something, unbolt shock?

the lower shock bolt is on real tight so i cant take it off.... any other suggestions ANYBODY?

is there a tool i can squeeze the spring with of anything maybe?

Put the car on stands, use floor jack under A-arm, unbolt strut, lower extremely carefully, swing strut assembly out from under fender, use care not to scratch your paint. Remove the iso's and probably the busted lower "dead"coil. Listen to spring's squeek embarassingly.
