Anybody know of a write-up?

It looks like the actuator is pop riveted in to the inside door skin, but I want to make sure I need to drill that out before doing so.

TIA

i picked up a used one for $10 from mpsautosalvage.com ( they are local to me)

i started to drill out the rivet, then discovered that the plate holding the actuator can be spread apart and the actuator can be popped out.
now, replacing it in the same bracket is a total pain in the ***, but very "do-able"
