rims fitment question: 9.5x19" offset 40 & 8.5x19" offset 35

hey guys,

a buddy over here sellin his old rims:

rear are 9.5x19" offset 40 and the fronts 8.5x19" offset 35

would these fit on my lowered stang?

my stang with 18" rims:

You're probably going to need spacers; those are going to be really inset.
