Oops! Well, at least you'll have something to do.Took it out again last night. Had some tune changes I needed to make and progressively got faster. It had more in it, but the rear end broke. It’s making all kinds of glorious noises. Non stop howling, low speed grinding, and a very wild/hard vibration at highway speeds. So, it’s put up for the winter.View attachment 29303View attachment 29304View attachment 29305
Yes, still NA. It’s got more in it.Times look good, you are still N/A right on the Yote'?
Yeah, 28x10.5 - 15Is that a 28” tire ? Love this car looks like it was leaving hard .
Yeah, 28x10.5 - 15
It was leaving ok. It could have left harder, and will as soon as I get the trans brake in there.
I’m going to go down in gear. It’s got 4.10’s now, I’m going to go to 3.31’s.
Plan for the rear end is Detroit truetrac, 3.31 gears, and g force axles. Going to get full tilt boogie control arm bushings too.
I loved the 4.10’s with the t45, they were great. But first gear in the 6r80 is so steep I shift 1-2-3 before the 1/8 mile and the back half is all done in 4th gear. Normal driving, I roll like 5 feet and shift to second. I’m hoping to drag that out a little.Right on . I’m switching to 4.10’s from 3.55’s . Those g force axles will be nice upgrade and the full tilt boogie kit makes a world of difference
I have one of those on my Cobra, only it's the mechanical style (Heidts). I set it once and left it alone, 88k miles later, still working.Controller for the power steering pumpView attachment 29951
Awesome. That's what I was planning on. I'm going to drive it and find the happy medium between slow speed and highway.I have one of those on my Cobra, only it's the mechanical style (Heidts). I set it once and left it alone, 88k miles later, still working.
