I'm looking at a set of BBK's from Tom at super six, then no cats on a custom mid pipe. Think its a bad idea?

As far as the rest of the thread goes, no reason to get anyones panties in a bunch. This is the internet. people will say stuff that hurts your feelings.

Bark back. Proof seems to be key here.

Who ever said we were making fun of it for being a V6? As stated, there are several badass sixxers here, I think atlanticblue98 posted 2 very badass new edge sixxers in this section of guys he knows. It's as stated, you're car isn't a f*cking race car, you think putting NGK spark plugs in your car gives you horsepower, you have issues. Listen to what guys have to say, this place is very helpful, but when you come here acting like you're the sh*t with a fart cannon on your car, and making claims of a 650whp civic (I have seen them before at the strip, they are badass, but barely street legal if most even are) and that takes A LOT of money to do. Go to SVTperformance and say that comment about that civic killing cobras, heck even at the Mach 1 registry, there are cobras/machs putting down 650-750+rwhp and still sound and drive stock...

I don't know where all of you are getting off claiming that I'm a seasoned racer. I'll the be first to tell you I don't know everything about road racing or tech, but I'm not inexperienced and I'm NOT claiming that my car is some demon car from the pits of hell. Every wrench turn on my car was turned by me, and I've had to replace an engine, tranny, EGR valve, two stock exhaust manifolds, and a clutch. So dont talk to me like I'm some ignorant 16 year old driving daddy's car. I initially said that I was aiming to BUILD A ROAD COURSE car. And yes, I know its a FUCKING SN-95, JUST LIKE AN 05-11 IS AN S-197. I know you're saying that to just wind me up, unless abbreviation wasn't taught at your school. But just for future reference, if I say 'N95, im referring to a SN95. Clear? Can anyone tell me what a 4G63 is? A 6G72? A B16A? A KF-ZE? A 2JZDETT? No, you wouldn't, not without googling it, because you're so narrowminded that you think Mustangs are the shit. There are some fast ones out there, but they can be beaten. Easily. 8 seconds in 1/4 mile is easily done with a EG-6. As for your 600 hp daily driver, the 650 Honda was DRIVEN 200 miles to the nearest Dyno, TDC of Mobile, AL if you must know, and driven back.

You people bash me and call me stupid for doing 125+ on a highway, knowing that you've all done it atleast once.

Finally, since you insist on calling bull shit on my speed and cornering claims, I'll be happy to post vids for you. Oh no, I might get killed, look out look out! People that say "you endanger others" when you street race dont know anything about how organized it can be. You don't fucking line up on a busy city street like the movies depict. Hollywood has really given it a bad name, but I'll still do it, because I know how to do it safely - as safe as it can get. Is it dangerous? Hell yeah it is. But that's my problem, not yours. So enough about pointing out the dangers from it.

Panties in a bunch man. No need to come up acting all offended. People are trying to help you.

My car has never seen over 115, by my choice.

I know all of those motors. I have a ton of friends with tuners. My buddy drove me to dyno day of my car in his 2jz supra, swapped the twins for a single and drops out about 450 horse. We aren't narrow minded, we like mustangs.

There is a difference in rice, and tuner. Don't make claims when you haven't been around long enough to understand how everyone operates.

Ease up, this is the best forum for our mustangs.

Actually, I can. So what now? And that "F You" ricer attitude is what is pissing people off.

I'm trying to the be a nice guy here. You're HP claims where way off, and the idea you car handles better at that height isn't right either. I'm guessing your front rims are 18x9 not 18x9.5 (since I'm not aware of any made at that size)... I also know that with the mods you have listed, a 45 degree turn on a street at 100MPH isn't going to happen. (I say that from over a decade of racing and two decades of street driving.) So, just baed on those little 'errors', there is no reason for members here to take you seriously. There is still no need to come on a forum like this and make outrageous claims if you want respect.

And no, not EVERYONE has gone that fast on the street. Believe it or not, some of us actually follow the law and race on the track only. I am one of those. If you really are as mature as you claim, please stop making wild and very generalized claims like those - and you might be taken a bit more seriously on here.

Edit: A RICER lists mods like ignition coils, spark plugs and wires in a sig... a TUNER lists real power adding modifications (if any at all).

Lets see the first two are nissan engines the third one is a honda engine fourth Im guessing is another nissan engine and no shit the last one is the Supra Engine, we are not narrowminded Mustangs are the shit type people I have seen many a people on this forum who have had several different tuners in the past, and about the remark about see you at the track.. in my rear view mirrors, dude you drive a f*cking v6 Mustang with exhaust like hell you'd beat half the cars on this forum.

And the Reason someone stated Sn-95 instead of 'N95 isnt because we're a bunch of dumb ass know nothing hicks but because its sounds stupid and makes you look like some ricer fan boy. If you want to be taken seriously around here get your shit straight and stop trying to bullshit people.

And there is nothing wrong with a v6 Mustang I drive one, hell I drive a single-port v6 with an automatic transmission but you know what? I freaking love my car and am trying to make it a nice car not a race car or a rice car.

LilRoush, myself, AtlanticBlue98, Bonestock3.8, MadStang and a few others can really take care of you when it comes to 6 cylinder mustangs.

We all know our fair share. Even though you would probably consider me a youngster. I built my car from ground up. Just take it easy, its a laid back forum. Don't come in thinking you need to impress everyone. We love cars here, work is work.

Roush, I need to go add my coil and plug wires to my list of mods...hold on.

lol I don't make bold claims about who I can beat. My car is only "quick" for a v6. Most of us on here don't, even the people with 600+ horse. Who cares, a car is what you put into it and what you get out of it. Is it what you want, if it is...good, then ultimately you won. Being the fastest isn't whats always important. Some of us don't have the money to make some wicked 1000 horse car. Some of us don't care enough.

wrong. all my high speed driving has been on the track. I don't need to show off my car's power on the street as I'm full aware of what it's capable of.

Street racing organized huh? tell that to the countless morons who crash their cars into people, bicyclists, or other vehicles in the sake of showing speed in an uncontrolled environment. Street racing isn't condoned on this site, if you want to build a car for the road course I'll be more than glad to help you out, just cut the nonsense about street racing.

not only that... no matter how good of a driver or how fast your car is, there's always someone better or a car that's faster.

The same thing applies to everything you do. There is always someone better in some way, shape or form. They just might be undiscovered.

I.E. weight lifting, always someone stronger. Driving, always someone better. I could go on all day.

Knitting, always someone who can make it better haha

I have gone 150mph in my old yellow mustang on a back country road that is void of traffic once, and never EVER again, too much stuff can go wrong. I haven't taken my mach 1 over 105mph yet, no need to, I know what the car is capable of and I don't need to prove it to joe blow on the street. I am 100% against street racing, I only race the strip man, I have this sticker in my back window for a reason. There is nothing wrong with driving your race car on the street, I do it everyday aside from winter, but there is also no need to think that the street is a race track either.
