Either way unless your making 500+ hp, pedestal will be fine but, they are correct..Stud mount is definitley stronger.

I have heavy duty .600 lift springs with Cobra 1.7's - no issue here. I contacted crane before hand to make sure I wouldn't run into a problem with a broken rocker. The tech at Crane told me unless I am running over 500HP I shouldn't have an issue.
Hopefully I am going to be alright..

Actually you will run into a problem at 499 1/4HP (LOL)
