Rough Idle/ Won't Idle/ Hesitates

drove the car for the first time in a week today and it ran like crap. After first startup it kept wanting to stall and continued to do so for about 5-10 miles. Then it has a very weak idle around 500 rpms and feels/sounds like its going to stall. And its also hesitating when i get into the throttle at all. So im thinking maf or maybe a vaccum problem, what do you guys think. Any input, help, links would be great. for some reason the search isn't working.

My car was up in the air for over a month and i just finished up doing the clutch on it and it acted up but i just put my foot on the gas and held it about 1200 rpm's for about 5-10 min then let it go and if it would start to stall i would just give it a touch of gas. It'll come around unless you do in fact have a vac problem. Why did you stop driving it were you fixing something ???

its done something like this before when its really cold, but after it warms up its fine. This just isn't seeming to go away... and I didnt drive it due to weather and stuck at home after getting wisdom teeth out.

PCV valve? unpluged/dirty MAF? dirty fuel filter? thats all that comes to my mind off the top of my head. :-( sorry bro, ill look in my chiltons and haynes a little later.
