i use it because i want the best protection out there in all 4 of my vehicles dd's and all... so call me stupid if you wish....i can say this....if your engine does not leak now.. after switching to a synthetic it might...the particles are smaller and can get through cracks easier or leaks you have no idea the amount of people we have come in with junk motors that tried running a synthetic and claimed "IT" made their engine leak :hammer:

i have heard of this before, my car had 115k on it when i started putting mobil 1 in, and have had no leaks, but it is possible. if it was me i would try it anyway you can always go back if you have too.

yeah, i have no leaks (i also just cleaned the throttlebody and plenum, cleaned and tightened one extrmely loose spark plug, and still need to get to and check the others, i have no idea what any of this has to do with anything, but i just did it and figured id add that)(just bought the car)
