Running Rich-- fuel trim data log?? I need help.

I change TPS, IAC, ECT, cleaned MAF and probed it, f filter, air filter, fuel pump psi correct, plugs, wires, MSD cap, smog delete, STOCK ENGINE, NO CEL.

11mi per gallon!! I need help!

do you think its running rich just because of the poor gas mileage?

what do the plugs look like?

Had it scanned and fuel trim was messed up. He suggested intake gaskets.

No CEL. Smells really rich and poor gas mileage.

I would definitely check the plugs, even though their a pain to get to. But it could also be the coils. Because if it smells rich somethings obviously preventing the fuel to burn. It might be the plugs or maybe its just pouring too much in for the plugs to handle( which would foul them out). So i would check those and then post a reply with a picture of the plug if possible and i would be able to tell you my accurate opinion if i saw one.

New plugs(gapped @ lil hotter than stock).

Its runnin rich. 160mi per tank. If i remember the data log fuel trim was swingin', I think.

Over 2500 RPM it runs good.

what year is the car and what are you using to look at these logs? how old are the o2s

1995 GT convertible.

The car says 52k, but we all know what certain people do. I really don't know how old O2's are.

Im thinkin o2 also. I just got done scanning it again. He said it looks good, Fuel Trim was good. He is scanning it for free and after work so who really knows. I just wish i could fig this out. :BangHead:


Had a smoke test done today and NOTHING. No Vac leaks.
