Put seafoam in my 96 GT with pretty high miles on it. Put it in and let it set for 20 minutes like your suppose to, started it up and drove around and there was no smoke at all. I thought there was suppose it be hella smoke? Someone let me know if you know anything.

Its not going to smoke if you just put it in your gas or oil. A lot of folks on this forum seem to believe that running seafoam through your vacuum hose does nothing beneficial really... just an urban legend or folk science.

I know it works I had a clogged injector and it cleared it right up, on that note I never put that shit in my oil and I run 2/3 through the vac hose I believe I used the one going to the brake booster. Change Your oil now!

his 96 GT doesnt have vacuum assisted brakes, so he doesnt have a vacuum line going to his brake booster

Yeah I'd change your oil stat. I'd never put anything in my motor that isn't oil. Gas is fine.

yeaaaaaaaa not so sure about the whole oil thing.. it might start smoking, but for a different reason.

It wont smoke if u put it in ur gas line. I put a whole can in my engine and there was a lot of smoke. felt like james bond. pulled outa my driveway and some poor sap in a beamer got within 5 yeards of me.. im surprised he didnt crash but i think he stopped.. i couldnt see SH** behind me..

Chaneg ur oil and redo it by putting it in the vaccum line.. Should be a writeup on here.. It seemed to help smoothen my engine out a tinnnnnnyyyyyyyyyy bit.. not that it needed it. but ya never know

if you put it in your oil or gas it wont smoke much.

if you put it in your intake, it will smoke like crazy.
