its all stock right now but i already have to 351w to do the 408. it would be a good project car. but as of now its slow

If you're trying to decide between a 5.0L and a NPI 4.6L, then 5.0L all the way.

PI 4.6L in SN95, 5.0L all the way.

PI 4.6L in a New Edge, depends on the car.

4V 4.6L, 4V unless you want to do more than just boost to it.

4V Termi, hell yes Termi.

Doing a 408 stroker properly is going to cost a BIG chunk of change though. That is if you're going to be taking full advantage of that and getting super big heads and intake and whatnot. But it'll probably still be easier to work on than a 4.6L IMHO.

Just do know to do a 351 the correct way isn't cheap. Also the 408 stroker kit your looking anywhere from 1g to 2500 depending on where you shop.

just the bottom end alone with all forged internals and all the work to the block and it all balanced is about 2800 then the afr head i want are around 2100. im gonna do it the right way if i do decide to do it.

well thanks man btw that hood came on the car. i have changed the color and it use to have a body kit on it and looked like crap. i was thinkin about changing the hood

Change the hood and keep the car... I miss my 95 5.0 sooo much, I traded it for this 96, and the 96 is horribly slow just no torque or anything. but it sounds damn good and keeps up evenly with most basic modded 95's
