This is my first mustang stock 95 5.0 , so far I have done

13" sve brake kit with drilled and slotted rotors and Hawk ceramic pads and braided lines
Poly bushing kit "Full kit"
new ball joint, tie rod , links , rack with offset bushings
Eibach Sportline springs with eibach sway bars and Stagg performance shocks F & R
Rebuilt 8.8 with FOMOCO 31 spline trac lok , carbon clutch kit , chrome molly axles , 410 gears , aluminum girlde, drilled and slotted rotors
Rear upper and lower tube control arms with poly bushings
Wildrides upper and lower torque box kit "welded"
12gal. fuel cell with Boach 044 pump , 100 micron filter Kirban regulator with braided lines and -6, -4 AN fittings, to the oem hardlines
subframe connectors "welded"
battery relocation kit
every piece has been sanded and painted to look better than new

engine is mostly stock with
cold air intake
BBK short headers
BBK OR X pipe no cats
flow 40's dumped
egr and smog delete
scat underdrive pullies, crank and water pump

so after all this work I would like some ideas on whats next

Been looking at boost and hci ...boost would work better with a good hci combo . I have an explorer intake but will do no good with e7 heads only ...what cam is recomended for boost ..and yes I want it to sound angry and run as good as the rest of the car is built..want to stay with the same cam centerline as stock for ecu compatibility

Not sure the plan ..I just like to build stuff..I do want to make use of the stock short block ..see lots of higher mile engines doing well with most builds
the plan was to have a car that can perform at any track , drag or road course want it to be a fun fast car and still street legal

..like to keep the short block stock , I know it might limit me later but if I boost I can reach the limit of the block even if I stroke it ,what is the healthy limit for these stock blocks ?

Don't worry about the limit. Something is always going to break. If you enjoy building it and inproving it along the way I would boost.. it is said the block limits are around 500rwhp

The odometer quit at 130k so don't know what it can handle but runs very well with no problems as of now.think I might try to find some heads . I have heard that the stock cam actually does well with boost just dosnt give that lope that I like but if it runs good I can deal but might not reach the limit with it

If your stock shortblock is still ok with a compression/leakdown test then I dunno, you could be fine with a blower. I've seen people boost running on much higher mileage than 130k, I've also seen ppl with motors let go at under 100k NA. Really depends on the motor and how well it was taken care of.

But seeing as you already have an explorer intake I'd try to find some explorer/gt40 heads as well and swap them with the E7 stuff. Leave your stock cam in there. Then a supercharger if your engine passes the compression/leakdown. You also need to factor in an extra $600 for a dyno tune and I'd also be ready to replace or rebuild the T-5 if it lets go. They are notoriously week but can be built to take a very good amount of power via an Astro gearset. Or just swap to a T-56 or you can even put a T-45 or 3650 in nowadays if you want.

As far as power limits, a general rule is that the OEM blocks are good from anywhere in the 450-550hp range before they split. With the GT40 stuff and the stock cam and a S trim you will easily be in the 425+ range.

As said by people above me, I would definitely boost it. Miles really aren't a factor if your motor is healthy. I got about 177k on my block running 9psi with a 70mm turbo. Only issues I have is a small exhaust leak right now and that is it. I would definitely recommend building your tranny or just buying a stronger one cause I can feel mine start to go. It'll always come down to budget, preference, and the health of your block in the end.

most of the little things are written in my SIG as well but those are minor stuff. Also got a piggy back for the computer to do any adjustments I want and a MSD Ignition 6AL-2 hooked up under the hood
