Something is leaking?

I just notice today that my car is leaking motor and transmission fluids. The motor oil looks like its coming from the end of the oil pan , like the rear main seal. The transmission fluid is coming from the pan and it seems like it is coming from the torque converter drain hole, not from the the bolt. Do you know what exactly could be the possibe leakings. Im not sure if its from those exactly.

sounds like the front seal on the tranny and the rear main on the motor.

Its not the front main seal, i did while i was doing the h/c/i. So it may be what 'ryclef' said.
