Spark Plugs

Will changing my spark plugs from the cars original plugs to a better more pronged plug help my cars performance any .......by more pronged i need to know which is better 2 prong.....3 prong or 4 prong...... thanks

the stock ones ment for your car will work the best, autolights 25's are really good plugs

Those e3s spark better. But I dought there is much performance gain. The only advatage of using a 3 or 4 prong plug would be longer life, because theres more than one terminal for the electricity to use. No all four prongs wont fire at the same time.
My motocrafts work just fine... Just my .02

autolite 25s. you could always side gap them if you really wanted to get into it. i doubt it will help performance much but it might help burn cleaner.

just put some autolites 24s and spray the nuts out of it

Copper core plugs are fine, no need in spending 5X as much on fancy plugs that you wont notice any performance gain with. Ford Motorcraft and Autolite plugs work very well

ok which Motorcraft copper core plugs are the best ...the 24 or the 25

unless your car calls for those plugs i would stick to motorcraft or autolites as stated above. other companies have different resistance tolerances than whats recommended by the car manufacture. chrysler only likes champion, gm to ac delco and ford to motorcraft. ive seen it happen more than once. put different brand plugs and the car will start to missfire like crazy. toyotas like denzos, my dad put some champions in my moms camry on time about a week later it ran like 2 of the plug wires were loose, put some denzos in it and it ran normal. go figure
