Old sparkplug / new sparkplug

Old is proper plug to use cause it is a chamfered seal type plug. The new sparkplug is a bottom type sealng plug
Take your eyes, look from the bottom of each plug up the threads and notice as the threads end, old plug has a chamfer and the new plug is a square shoulder. All modular heads are chamfer sealed. Something like a lawn mower engine is bottomed / square shoulder sealed. I cant remember what pushrod 302's but they may be bottom sealed as well.

thanks blak! yea i know thats the difference i just wasnt sure why that was an issue, but ill be picking up a set of motorcraft ones before the 15th! any other tips/pointers?

also im about to hit 246k

Pull the old lash adjusters out and install new ones lol. Once the cam is out of the way the lash adjusters just pull out.

Can be patient I guess. Besides gives me time to save my loonies (since the Canadian dollar sucks so bad right now)

but what about the toonies? lol, hopefully when october comes around the triggers will be pulled on both the spoiler and the house, so i can get it shipped to thomas and the skinning can be under way

then you sir get to bask in the carbon fiber goodness

Which spoiler is this? I need some pictures. It may be better/mo difficult to just mold it and do carbon parts out of the mold :)

then i can just mold the carbon sail panel, front fenders 03 cobra bumper, your spoiler and center console (oops :) ) all i once. Lol

Oh yea... Thats an easy mold project. I wonder how many other people would want one in CF?

Idk but I'm sure you can get some nice $$$ from it. Oh! Also if you can make one out of cardboard for MustangChris I'm sure he'd appreciate it.

Also if you can make it out of 100% CF I'm not gonna say you'll be the :dancingpoop: , but you'll be FVCKING TITS LEGIT which is WHEY beefier than being the :dancingpoop:

I saw you in the other thread, DONT do the under drive pullies. JerzeyStang just went through some serious charging issues because of them. Then, not to mention the under drive balancers are not very good compared to the stock one.

lwarrior1016 what would you recommend next for an upgrade to the engine? PI swap? No steeda UDPs?

Pi swap would be where the fun is. You could do the heads and an aftermarket set of cams and the car would be so much more fun. Definitely stay away from the under drive stuff. I had a set on my car and have taken them off in favor of stock stuff.

Hopefully in the next few months I can put together the pi swap with stage 2.5 blower cams. My first mustang had the pi swap with 373s and that one was fun for sure. This one handles and drives way better though
