I have a stock supercharger from a 04 Cobra and a 97 Cobra. I know that there major differences between the aluminum engine in my 97 cobra and the iron block in the 04 cobra. Would it bolt up fairly easy? What would I have to change? and if I put new foreged pistons and connecting rods in it the engine it should hold up? right?

I know people have done it but i think it can get fairly expensive. I don't think it bolts up, i think you will have to get the 03/04 cobra heads, and relocate your alternator. Not sure what else is involved with it.

The Eaton off of a 03/04 Cobra will not bolt up to the "B" heads. The intake ports are totally different. You will need to buy the "C" heads from a 99-04 Cobra or 03/04 Mach1. Plus everything else that goes along with it. YOu will be looking at spending $2500-$3000 for the swap. You are better off getting a Vortech that is designed for your car.

Check out the link and you will see why the Eaton will not work. There is a picture of the intake ports. I have not found anybody that makes a lower intake to adapt the Eaton onto the "B" heads.

If you're really into roots style (as I am), $3,000 is not that bad of a deal. If you could find a wrecked Mach 1 and get the heads for ~$1,000, you can get Terminator Eatons on ebay for $600 all day. The real trick is finding the lower intake. However, considering the Kenne Bell is $4,200(?) for our 4v's, you could definitely do it cheaper.

i'd listen to matt, $3000 for an eaton blower is a huge waste of money. If you want a roots style blower get a Kenne Bell made for your car and you'll be much much happier.
