When i bought my 97 cobra i noticed when i turn the wheel all the way to the left it is rubbing on something, sounds like metal on metal, doesn't rub when wheel is turned all the way to the right. Also when doing turns into a driveway i hear a little clunking as if something in the front suspension has a little play in it and is loose? Could anyone give advice as to what this might be? I have mm caster camber plates, tokico spring and shock combo, steeda front sway bars, end links. Could it be worn bushings or anything related to those mods?

I was thinking wheel bearings or balljoints.
Whatever kind of advice would be greatly appreciated!

If it was me, i'd just start out by making sure everything is real tight, including the C/C plates. Balljoint is definitely a likely culprit though, i've had it happen to me before. Replaced the balljoint and everything was fine. Don't just go replacing all your parts from "suspicion" though. There's a way to check wheel bearings/balljoints etc if someone else could chime in and tell ya.

Thanks for the advice, do the caster camber plates need to be torqued at a certain strength?
