So I am at the point where I need to start doing some suspension upgrades, the first thing I need are rear shocks. I am open to any other sugestions for suspension upgrades that maybe you guys have done to your car, what you felt a big difference in, what you didn't like, what was fairly inexpensive/expensive ect.

Go strange front and back. Also grab you some springs and upper and lower control arms.

This sounds like a suspension question... which would probably go in the SUSPENSION forum.

I wouldn't do Upper Control arms they tend to bind. Unless it is going to be a Track Car only. Strange normally are 10 way adjustable struts and shocks. I personally go with H&R Race Springs and Bilstein HD struts and shocks then with a little negative camber and you will love the way it handles. If you have the money you could go with a Full Coilover kit all the way around.

Lower control arms are good, and upgrading the shocks/struts would be a good starting point.

I would say that shocks and struts are definitely where you should start. Follow that with a set of springs.

I still don't understand why people throw out brand names before they have any idea what the guy wants.

What would be the main purpose for this car?

BTW strange shocks-struts are the worst money ive spent on my car, they didnt last 3 months
before there was oil all over my wheels..

You get what you pay for. yes they were brand new when installed.

I'd say you can't go wrong with H&R springs, decide on the ride and drop you want and u can probably find an H&R spring to fit the bill. I've had great luck with my Tokico Illumina struts/shocks, they aren't extremely expensive and the car rides quite nice. (obviously if you want a drag suspension this is not a good choice)

Subframe connectors is also a good bet, I believe my car actually rides better now with them because the body does less flexing and the suspension does more of what it's supposed to.

Also can't say anything bad about my MM lower control arms, for uppers MM suggests a stock replacement to prevent binding and axle windup.
