Ok i bought my car about 4 moths ago it has new shocks
on it and right now it has some progressive springs on the rear
and stock springs on front and i really hate the feel of the ride
it is a real bumpy rough feeling ride i want something that is
More comfortable and smooth what do you guys suggest should i
Just go back to stock or are there some nice lowering springs
that has a nice smooth ride

you're going to want to pair lowering springs with some aftermarket struts and shocks for an ideal ride. There are a lot of choices.

for a "ride around town" car i loved the OEM set up. it was soft, smooth, and high enough I wouldnt scrape on anything... . . .

If you want a comfortable and smooth ride, you probably will be disappointed with most lowering spring options lol. If your current setup feels really rough and bumpy, I bet your shocks and struts are blown.

Personally Ive had Bilstein HDs and Tokico adjustables, of the two the Bilsteins ride very firm, but they help the car handle like its on rails(I also had MM lowering springs), whereas the current Tokicos are much softer, less aggressive ride. I currently have steeda progressive rate springs and they ride relatively smooth and soft compared to my old Maximum Motorsports springs.

Ideally, Match a set of springs to some new shocks and struts, just know that in general, the lower you go the worse the ride comfort gets. Let us know if we can help you more.
