Im swapping a 92 5.0 (intake to oil pan) into my 95gt, besides having to swap the timing chain cover, distributer and water pump what else might I have to change or swap. Im putting all the 95 accessories on, (alternator, smog pump, water pump, power steering pump and a/c compressor). I also am putting on all my 95 throttle body parts (intake elbow, etc..), heater crossover tube, 94-95 oil pressure sending unit and fuel rails. For those that have done a simular swap could you give me any advice or pointers on what I might be missing or encounter?
Reason for doing this is that my 95 motor has 100k on it and only an aftermarket intake. I was getting ready to do a gt40 iron and cam swap but for the cost of that I was able to get an engine with 55k original miles on it plus it already has a h/c/i upgrade. Any pointers will be appreciated. Its gonna happen this weekend. Thanks for any input. OH ONE MORE THING, CAN I KEEP THE CRANKSHAFT HARMONIC BALANCER FROM THE 92 ON OR DO I HAVE TO SWAP IT FOR THE 95 BALANCER?

I think you got it all covered, the maf 5.0s from the fox cars only had a few differences from ours and wich you already have it all covered, about the balancer i dont know, i would say keep the fox one but you can swap the sn95 one just to avoid problems, they are probably the same spec as in their oz specs but they prolly require different crank pulley.

If it's the OEM balancer do yourself a favor and replace it with a new one, preferably SFI certified.
