Ok,when i drive my car to start off with it will heat up to where its supposed to be which is in the middle of the temp. guage, after that when i get on it and my rpm's rise so does my temp guage simultaneously and when i let off of it it goes back down and just plays up and down while im driving. Now the body harness in my car has been cut up from the previous owner and im thinking it could have something to do with that,or is my car just overheating. Also,my radiator cap isnt hot at all after driving a while, but my hose is hot as hell to where i can only leave my hand on it for about 2 seconds, and my check guage is not on....Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If you only have one hose that is hot you have a blockage somewhere. Have you replaced the Thermo ??? Do you ever have any coolant overflow out of your overflow bottle ??? Does your WP weep hole drip ???

try replacing the sending unit, check the wire for the sending unit, if that fails just by a aftermarket gauge. I have to do the same
since my gauge just likes to lay all the way to the right. while your at it definitly check the therm. And it would probably be better
to do that first, Just in case it is bad, then you wont die...lol
