Tested my Fuel pump, is it bad?

Im getting no acceleration around 4k RPMS, intermitently and i tested the pump and these are what I came up with

Key on, engine off -32 PSI
Key on, engine running -30 PSI
Engine at 2500 RPM's -Pressure goes up to like 32 for a second, then drops to 29 PSI
Fuel Pressure leak down- Dropped from 31 PSI to 28 PSI

After hooking up the scan tool I also have 3 codes stored.
p0136-o2 sensor heater circuit malfunction
p0151-02 sensor signal low voltage
p0161- 02 sensor signal circuit malfunction

So do you think m7y fuel pump is weak and needs to be replaced or could this be from an 02 sensor?

I also had a similar problem, but it would be sluggish all around, sounds stupid but it ended up being a bad battery connection. Surprised me because it was like driving a completely different car. I would also say it could be a clogged cat but it says in your sig you have an offroad X

I wonder the same thing, I've had those same codes the first 2 to be exact.

I had an O2 sensor go out on me and it was very sluggish......the car felt like it was crazy fast after I got it fixed...in 1994 the 02 sensor won't throw a code for some reason...for awhile we were thinkin it was the cat's too
