went out to the shop today and got to see some red sprayed... we sprayed the underside of the hood and the edges of the new fender, putting the fender back on tomorrow and putting the hood on and drilling my holes for the hood pins and resand the top of the hood and fender to get the overspray off and then its ready to go in the booth... hopefully tomorrow night the whole car will be painted, trying to get it done and put back together for a car show on the 25th....

Hella nice.. it seems as if a lot of people are getting painted right now. I need to hurry up and get ungrounded by my mom, so I can buy the 96 cobra hood, and s281 spoiler and let (ready for flaming)Maaco paint it. Im gonna have my uncle help me get it ready for paint then bring it to them in ready to spray condition. Hopefully they wont fugg it up.

put the fender and hood on today and went back over the whole car with 800 grit sandpaper to get rid of the 400 grit scratches, got everything ready to go, have to drill the holes for the hood pins tomorrow morning and then pull it in the booth!! should be red by tomorrow night!!! heres a couple pics of the fender and hood bolted up!

Looks great!!  That was the 1st time I have seen the right E9 paint on my hood's underside!  Can't wait for your either!!

havent posted pics lately because we have been staying out there till 3 in the morning the last couple of nights, everything is painted, all thats left is color sanding and buffing and putting the car back together, i'll get some more pics tonight

Just looked @ again! Something about that dog that I can't find the right words to say! Almost like he wants his pic taken!! Saw you taking pics, thought to him/herself, "Ah, what the hell!!" I don't really care for dogs now. Looks like I could really like him/her, though! Just looks like a good dog. Maybe even still loves to get in your lap. Just a cool looking pup!

installed everything today! everything is on all thats left is to finish color sanding and buffing the whole car, put the door locks back in and the hood pins in.. btw the dull spots on the fenders and trunk is where we started color sanding
