Thanks everyone. I've been stock piling parts for about 4 yrs now piece by piece. As many of you know it's not hard to stick 7 or 8 grand in a nicely built motor. The motor just got done this summer, so it's been a good winter project. I can't wait to hear this bitch fire up or drive it come spring!!!

Car looks really nice man. Gotta love the ProChargers, haha.

I have to say though, 25 psi with no intercooler, 21 degrees of timing, and a stock block sounds kind of crazy to me. I'm not saying that you didn't do it, but I can't imagine that it would have lasted much more than a pass or two. So I'm just going to assume that you mean total timing, with the SPOUT in, cause that would make more sense.

Was it just a stock block, or was it a stock short block? I've never heard of a stock short block living under conditions like that, but I have heard of stock block cars with over 600 to the tire. Our old white LX had a stock short block, GT40P heads, and a Holley Systemmax with a ProCharger F1-R with 12 lbs. of boost, and it ran 10.46 @ 130, but that car was pretty light, and had a dedicated suspension under it. Even still though, there's no way that it would have lived under 25 lbs. of boost and 21 degrees. That's incredible.

Kudos to you for pulling that off..

Total timing, and yes stock short block with some arp hardware and some Victor JR gt-40 lower and a downs box. I run c-16 all the time at the track, that's what saves me, but yes inlet temps are pretty warm! The last day at the track it ran 10.40's all day about 5 or 6 passes, never hurt the motor. Drove it once in awhile the next summer, after that then yanked it and sold it. I really need an intercooler but funds are low, might try meth, just to get by, I really don't want to take any chances with this motor.

Yeah I figured that it was Total timing, do you know what the base timing was? Our old car would run 10's all day too, but it was really on borrowed time. It spun a bearing at the last race we took it to, and then built the new car after that.

Looks awesome, good luck with it. 9's should be no problem.

Thanks man, base timing was at 10. I'd like to put a little turbo on my 94, seems like that's what everyone is doing now.
