Theft lights keeps flashing when car is turned off, but car WILL start up

Tried to remove this post, cause the issue was normal for this car, the light went out after about 15 minutes, but I had just bought the car and it didn't flash until I reset the key Fobs, must have reset the factory Theft system at the same time. Thanks for the help.

He turned off pats in the tune.

Go make a duplicate key and see if it starts. The best way to stop the flashing is either have pats turned back on or pull the bulb
