My opinion is:
If you wanna put in a clutch that will hold 500 I'd focus on building the motor first...
I think you'd be well served by a stock power level clutch in the meantime, a King Cobra perhaps?
Reason I say that is, if youre going to be throwing 500hp at this car I'd make a good bet that you'll be taking the drivetrain out of it at some point, so you can put a clutch in at that time. No point in putting "too much" clutch in now in my opinion. Throwing 500hp at a B head 4v with stock rods is gonna be a short stint, unless you're gonna put the car on a plinth and stare at it all its life.
I suggest you put in a good factory clutch, resurface flywheel, change pilot/TOB and generally take a look at the condition of that T45 as they don't bode well with jamming gears behind a high revving 4v.
