Well it's goin out so I've got choices

1. Replace clutch, bearing, flywheel and whatever else at 90k which I don't know what else to replace

2. Take it to my transmission guy and let him do it and also build the tranny to take 600hp

3. Not sure of which clutch to get, ideas?

Wouldnt be a bad idea to have the tranny built up. I'm biased and only run act now or McLeod but once the McLeod dies ill be going to act.

Then go with the stage 3 exedy, the stage 2 is only good for up to 450 rwhp. That is all I hope to hit on this car.

option 2 and 3. in case of 3, i suggest centerforce. i also used spec with no complaints on my 2v.

The weak link in the t45 is the 3/4 shift fork.. And the steel shift keys. You can get the beefy billet aluminum fork for $135 & the 1/2 billet key for $55 and the 3/4 key for $55. If you wanted to upgrade the input shaft to a heat treated 26 spline there just under $300 and as far as I know t45source Is the only company that makes/carries them.

Here's how I see it:

You can build it for 600 HP.
or
You can build as you go.

id just max out your budget...

you need a new clutch on a 4v thats not making a whole lot of power. As long as you dont put long tubes on it, you can drop the trans relatively easy. AKA: build as you go. Right now throw in a stronger clutch (to match your power levels and future power levels. You dont want to over-clutch your car.) and once the transmission starts giving you problems, pull it and build that.

OR:

Put in a fully build T45, a massive clutch, a SFI approved scatter plate, and a carbon fiber drive shaft.... .. . .. ..

True, cause I am workin on a budget, so if I replace the clutch(stage 2) for now, friction plate and flywheel, could I also put in shift forks or would it be to hard?

wish I could tell you which one I have but not sure I would recomend it or not. 3 weeks after replacing it for rubbing it started a really high pitch squeel.
Its so high that dogs run away from me now and If a fly farts on the clutch it goes away. Been like that now for 4 yrs and still going strong so....

Hey with exedy stage 2 mach400 kit.... Can I reuse my stock flywheel?

Yes you can. I just went with the stronger and lighter billitt steel one because I was already in there, and I am building for my future power goal. The down side to going with an aftermarket flywheel is it costs you some torque down low.
