tinted corner lights

When I picked up my Mustang one corner light had a crack and the headlights were badly fogged so I bought a set of aftermarket lights

Loved the look of the headlights but the exposed sealent in the corners always annoyed me

Today I decided to niteshade and then clear coat them

I went a little dark but you can still see the blinkers clearly and no more annoying white edges

Hey guys im in the process of tinting my headlights with nite shade and its not going so hot. I can wet sand the nite shade right? My first time doing this it came out very nice. this time is just crap.

yea you can wet sand the VHT. i did that to my tails to get them to a gloss. 600, 1200, 1500 grit. smoooth. and they did lighten up quite a bit too

I just grabbed some 2000 from work. Ill try and see if that will just work for me. I gave them a lil extra so i could sand
