Ahh gotcha. So then just get the cheaper ones and do H&R Race springs. I'm pretty sure TanTop94 has those springs.

Id still pick up the wheels, even if you have to wait on the tires. As for lowering it, I enjoy my H&R springs, they gave me a nice drop, and I run a 245/45/17 on a 9inch wide wheel all around and dont have a single problem. Now I realize you have 18s, really I dont see how you will have any problems with the drop, other than maybe rolling from lip on the fenders for safety sake.

Im prolly going to go coilovers or h&r ss down the road. Im going to see if i can find a good deal on the 255/40 locally. If so then im gonna just go with the 285, if not, 275 it is.

My personal opinion is 275 40 in front an 315 35 in the rear our car looks and handles amazing now. We got our nitto 315's for I think 175 a tire. From personal experience the king is are not going to last as long. I worked in the tire industry for a few years so there is a lot to look at when picking tires.

Those toyos and sumitomos are going to be the same size if you compare them side by side, I had one sumitomo 275/40R18 and one eagle 275/40R18 and you could totally see the difference in size. Different brands make it a little bigger than the other brands. Sumitomos and falkens are a lot smaller compared like Kuhmo, Pirelli, Toyo's, etc.

If I were you I'd run the Toyo 275's in the rear and the 255's in the front, it'll be cheaper and look the same as if you had the sumitomos 285's anyway.

Falkens runs small ????

My 295 Azenis rt615 are the same size as my old 315 kumho. So that's not really saying they run small. Sorry bud.

The falken's on my uncle's capri are smaller than some yokohama's that I had on my 96 GT. Hell, I have some raptors that are bigger than those falkens lol. The falken's are cool tires but they are kinda small compared to a couple brands not all.

Well I guess it doesn't apply to Azenis rt615 then. They don't run small at all!
