For a 95 your only real options for tuning are either a SCT 4 bank eliminator from AM that includes BAMA tunes - you tell them what you got and they ship it to you with tunes on it (it goes on the J3 port on your ECU). When you change something and want new tunes, you have to ship it back to them. Runs about $260.
The other option is a Quarterhorse (QH) (lol like your name) from Moates.net. It also goes on the J3 port but you can get software that allows you to tune whatever/however much you want. The software is called Binary Editor (BE) and EEC Analyzer. Google for them, they will be at the top. The QH is about $250 - however, there is more money that must be spent on the software, as it's not free. For personal use, I want to say it was like $80 or so for BE and maybe $130 for both BE and EEC Analyzer. But you can use that software ONLY on one computer - so make sure it's the computer you want to tune your car with, like a laptop or something. You can pay a lot more (around ~$200) for a dongle that you can then use on any computer to tune with.
SCT is the easiest to deal with if you don't want to learn how to tune and don't mind waiting a bit for tunes to show up. BAMA does good work. It's also the cheapest. QH is the most powerful, as it gives you full and complete control of your computer (and the ability to royally eff your car) - support is good but expect to do A LOT of reading and research before attempting to tune. It's not a read-the-directions-for-5-minutes-and-then-you're-tuning-like-a-pro type thing. It's a pretty steep learning curve.
