Tuning software opinions?

Ok guys i have a tweecer, and am looking at either getting binary editor or eec analyzer. Which would be better? I noticed that eec is $20 cheaper, is that for a reason? I am looking to purchase a license within the next week or two, so any insight is appreciated!

You have to have binary editor to make changes on the computer, and the analyzer will give you recommended changes for you to make
