Two Different Sized Oil Filters For The Same Car?

I stopped by O'Reilly's after work today and picked up the works. Valvoline Basic SAE 5W-30 Oil, New Jack/Stands (On Sale, Score), Chocks, and finally the damn filter. I bought a Bosch 8500, got home(30 Miles away from any parts store) set everything up meticulously, crawled under the car, and this is what I found

The Bosch is way too big I even had the counter-jockey confirm the part# before purchase. SO, my question is what friggin' oil filter do I need to buy? They don't carry the Valvoline VO-1.

Also, should I swap the oil for "High Mileage"?

Get the ford motorsport filter

Fl_1A there is two that will fit. one is short one is longer the short one is for the cobras
