uncomfortable ride

hey guys i got yet another little quick question. my car seems to be riding rough lately, as i can feel every little bump in the road. my guess would be some part of the suspension, the only work i have gotten done to it was a lowering kit with steeda springs.

Was it handling badly as soon as you fitted the springs or has it suddenly got worse?

the springs have been on there for a 3years so its just now getting worse

Any creaks or groans, as my Steeda springs just snapped after 4 years on the car, sounds odd as the handling just went to crap on mine too.
