Using 24lb ev6 uscar injectors in '94 gt?

I have reason to believe that some of my stock injectors are having issues. I was given a 5k mile set of '07 gt 24lb uscar injectors. I know I need the adapters which is no biggie.

Will I need a 24lb calibrated MAF? Cobra computer? Custom tune? I know stock the GT/Cobra share the same maf, but seeing how easily this could be adapted over and run well. I'd prefer custom tuning be my last option from a $ standpoint as other wise the car is pretty stock.

You can not use the cobra eec. The 24 lbs have a different transfer function. Not sure how a calibrated maf would work. Custom tune for just injectors is not worth it.

i only ask bc they were free...i could probably sell them and pick up original style 24s and not worry about it

I like new style better. But in your case yes I would switch to the old style.
