How often have you started it over the winter? Go tap on the fuel tank with a hammer to make sure the fuel pump is working. They like to get stuck from sitting for awhile

I don't remember how the switch works, if it should be in or out, but you can grab a flat head screwdriver and you'll see a spot on the side of the switch to pop it up. Try that and see if it helps

so i just realised...in order for it to start at all, i have to actually turn the key aall the way back. if i try and start it again w/o doing that it wont. if i do turn it all the way back..let the fuel pump kick on again, it starts just for a sec then dies again.

Seems like it may be an IAC to me, but it's hard to say without running a KOEO. Try taking the IAC off and cleaning it. (Idle Air Control)

how long does it stay running? I ask because one time when I was cleaning my air filter while putting it back together up in the fender where I can't see it I put the maf in backwards. The car would crank over like normal but the moment it really fired and started to suck air, it would shut right off.

Check your maf and its connections. Sometimes even just removing and re-attaching it will clean the connections to fix it, for a short time.

try the IAC... but dont clean that shit.. Never works on those things... Just replace it. Its cheap and either way they go bad so youll have a piece of mind for after this if it doesnt fix it.

Hey , does ur car have a factory alarm ? Mine did the same thing 2weeks ago.

Open all the doors /hood/trunk. Close them . Set the alarm with the key fob and wait a few mins unlock with key fob , and see if that does anything

Oh does the thedt light blink real fast , if it has the theft system . I was freaked out to...
