Victor or Spyder

I have twisted wedge heads with stage 3 port. I need intake with best flow
So far I hear Super victor is the way to go then I started looking at the Spyder. I was told that the spyder is more like the victor jr flow.
Does anyone know which has the better flow?

define stage 3... cfm?

too much intake and you will have little to no low end. unless you plan on spinning the motor between 7000-8000 rpm you do not need either one of the two mentioned

How many cubic inches do you have under there? What cam? Operating RPM? Intended use?

Has 427ci with s/c, an x303 cam, 4-5k daily, 6-8k strip.

Actually it is a hydraulic roller. It has similar specs to a X303. I don?t know that it is the best blower cam but I haven't ran it yet.

Also, why on earth are you using an x-cam on a 427? What heads are you using? Exhaust?

Its not x303 its something like it, I don't have the cam card infront of me.
My heads are twisted wedge with stage 3 port.
I just asked about my intake and which is better to go with

We're not being pricks, we're digging for more information. You can't just ask "what intakes shoud I use" without providing the whole story. It's not that simple. We could just say "use intake blahblahblah" but it wouldn't be totally meaningless and irrelevant unless we were making an informed decision.

- we don't know what "like an X303" means for cam specs
- "stage 3" port is meaningless. What did they flow on the bench?
- what is the intended use of the car? Really.
- What is the operating RPM range, and don't say 8,000 RPMs because there is no way you'll be spinning that with hydraulic roller lifters.

Is this a real build, or a pipe dream?

4-5k daily with a s/c 427? cops, tire stores, and gas stations will love you. :drunken_smilie: i was shifting at 3k when stock.

which size trick flow were used as start? who made them stage 3? which supercharger?

thought you already had the victor intake?

This is a real build. Motor sits back at home in my garage.
I currently have 2 people that have both intakes and I'm just trying to figure it out so I don't pull them around.
