i would say its a 1/2 if i were to guess cant remember right now ....but the tire is flush with the outside lip of the fender if i could loose that 1/2 or so it would help...and i have heard you can grind the caliper bracket but i dont think taking a 1/2" off is "safe" lol maybe i should get a shorter tire to help

you can safely grind that bracket and it will be fine.
As for the fox arms, you can run those and they'll pull the track width in 3/4" per side. You gotta run the fox tie rod ends too.

b/c the control arms pull the spindles inboard...if you don't shorten the tie rods up the same, you end up with a shitload of toe out i.e....wheels pointed like this \-----/ and the stock tie rods don't have enough adjustment on them to fix that.
