ok i am lowing the car drastically and with the spacers the wheel sit to far out with any front end lift the tire hits the fender i have 15x3.5 prostars would a 15x4 give enough room to clear everything to eliminate the spacers?

no. how big of a spacer do you run? You should only need 7/16" spacers. Thats it.

just a suggestion...i would keep the car as close to level as you can when racing. even though the raked out look is cool, you will get better results if the car is more level from my experience. and if the wheels sit way far out the wheel well, get fox-body a-arms. they are about an inch shorter. but you may run into problems when trying to go back to regular sized wheels.

i would say its a 1/2 if i were to guess cant remember right now ....but the tire is flush with the outside lip of the fender if i could loose that 1/2 or so it would help...and i have heard you can grind the caliper bracket but i dont think taking a 1/2" off is "safe" lol maybe i should get a shorter tire to help

you can safely grind that bracket and it will be fine.

As for the fox arms, you can run those and they'll pull the track width in 3/4" per side. You gotta run the fox tie rod ends too.

b/c the control arms pull the spindles inboard...if you don't shorten the tie rods up the same, you end up with a shitload of toe out i.e....wheels pointed like this \-----/ and the stock tie rods don't have enough adjustment on them to fix that.
