Mine picked up 15 rwhp without a tune.

maybe its an anti south east thing. b/c none around here picked up more than 6 rwhp from it on the dyno.

im sure with more mods its worth more power. what all was done to both of your cars? 7 and 16 rwhp is a big varience for the same intake manifold.

They aren't much of a restriction until you get into some serious internal mods, or FI

after pi head swap it helps out some. But yea, i dynoed stock around 175 rwhp... then after all those mods and the intake... i'm at the numbers listed in my sig... i don't know if it was going bad then but about a month after my drivers side upper o2 went out and the tranny shit out on me... so they might have been the problems too... but after replaceing i don't feel much of a SOTP feel. Maybe the intake would show a lot more with pi cams and a tune... i'm thinking the npi cams don't move enough air up top to use the extra volume.

if i made them, it would be out of aluminum more than likely. i'll have to price out material sometime. im just kinda busy now with school and work. i havent figured out how to make the transition or ramp from npi to pi. i may have to tinker around with a fouth axis(never done that) to get the results i want. it'll take some time to make a program since im a newbie to it. i would think that for 100-150 bucks or so a pair i could make a better quality cnc product. it may be too expensive for me to produce a bunch at once. i'll def. look into pricing stuff. no promises that it will happen.

If you make them in the next couple of months, I would definitly buy a set.

NPI cams are spec'd like lame-o stock normal cams in any motor. PI cams on the other hand, are spec'd like a mild performance cam, almost an "rv" cam if you will.

The real hold back initially is the intake though, as we all know.
