What Could It Be? Wont Start!

When i give my car a jump start it runs fine. I can even take both battery cables off, so i know it isnt the alternator. When i shut it off it wont crank. Ive had the battery checked and charged and it still wont start the car. I put the battery in another car and it starts. What else should i look? I even cleaned the battery terminals.
